    Jurnal Inovtek Seri Teknik Sipil dan Aplikasi (TeKLA) merupakan publikasi ilmiah online berkala yang diperuntukkan bagi peneliti yang hendak mempublikasikan hasil penelitian nya dalam bentuk studi literatur, penelitian, pengembangan dan aplikasi teknologi. Jurnal TeKLA ini dikelola oleh Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis, Riau,Indonesia,dengan frekuensi penerbitan dua edisi per tahun, yaitu pada Juni dan Desember. Tujuan penerbitan Jurnal TeKLA adalah sebagai wadah publikasi artikel ilmiah nasional dibidang teknik sipil dan aplikasinya; serta menerbit kan dan menyebarluaskan hasil penelitian civitas akademika dibidang teknik sipil ke level nasional. Jurnal TeKLA memuat artikel terkait dengan ilmu rekayasa struktur dan material,  ilmu pondasi dan tanah pendukung,  rekayasa hydro dan bangunan air, rekayasa transportasi dan perkerasan jalan, manajemen konstruksi serta ilmu pengukuran dan pemetaan. Naskah yang boleh dimuat dalam Jurnal TeKLA ini adalah naskah asli yang belum pernah terbit dan tidak dalam proses penerbitan pada jurnal ilmiah lainnya. Naskah yang diterima akan melalui proses peninjauan (review) oleh Tim Reviewer Ahli Sebidang. Lamanya proses peninjauan naskah yang masuk maksimal 2 bulan. Jika diperlukan naskah akan melalui proses revisi. Redaksi berhak dan berwenang menerima maupun menolak naskah yang diterima dan memberikan saran perbaikan kepada penulis.

    Publication and Access
    Inovbiz MIK is an open-access journal. Readers are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles without charge. All submitted manuscripts undergo a peer-review process prior to acceptance and publication.

    Authors whose manuscripts are accepted for publication are required to pay a publication fee of Rp150,000.

    Authors who intend to submit manuscripts to Inovbiz MIK are required to follow the submission guidelines provided. Each volume is published electronically twice a year, in June and December, under different issue numbers.
