Manuscript Type
The journal welcomes high-quality scholarly manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of theoretical, empirical, and applied knowledge within its scope. Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts that demonstrate scientific rigor, methodological soundness, originality, and relevance to current developments in the field. The journal accepts the following categories of manuscripts:
- Original Research Articles
Original Research Articles present novel findings derived from systematic investigations, experiments, observations, surveys, simulations, or other appropriate research methods. These manuscripts should clearly identify the research problem, objectives, theoretical foundation, methodology, data collection procedures, analysis techniques, and major findings. Authors are expected to provide a comprehensive discussion that interprets the results in relation to previous studies, explains the scientific or practical significance of the findings, and highlights the original contribution to existing knowledge. Submissions should demonstrate methodological rigor, valid evidence, and logical conclusions supported by the results. The manuscript should also discuss relevant limitations and, where appropriate, suggest directions for future research.
- Review Articles
Review Articles provide a critical, systematic, and comprehensive examination of existing literature on a specific topic within the journal's scope. These manuscripts may include systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, scoping reviews, and other scholarly literature syntheses using clearly defined and appropriate review methods. Authors should explain the search strategy, sources of literature, selection criteria, and analytical approach, where applicable. Rather than merely summarizing previous publications, review articles should critically evaluate existing findings, compare different perspectives, identify patterns and research gaps, and discuss emerging developments in the field. The review should offer a coherent synthesis of current knowledge and provide meaningful insights, theoretical implications, or recommendations for future research and practical applications.
- Short Communications
Short Communications report concise but significant research findings that deserve timely dissemination to the scholarly community. These manuscripts may address preliminary research results, innovative concepts, new methods, technical developments, emerging technologies, experimental observations, or important empirical discoveries. Although shorter than full-length research articles, submissions must maintain scientific quality, clarity, and sufficient supporting evidence. Authors should present the research objective, essential methodological details, principal findings, and their significance in a focused and well-organized format. Short Communications are particularly suitable for findings that introduce promising new ideas, provide early evidence of important developments, or offer relevant insights that can stimulate further investigation. The manuscript should emphasize its novelty, relevance, and contribution while avoiding unnecessary background information or excessive discussion.
- Case Studies
Case Studies provide detailed qualitative or quantitative examinations of specific situations, organizations, institutions, projects, systems, or operational environments. These manuscripts should clearly describe the context of the case, the problem or issue being investigated, the methods used to collect and analyze evidence, and the findings obtained from the investigation. Case studies may explore real-world implementations, organizational practices, managerial decisions, information system deployments, technological applications, or operational challenges relevant to the journal's scope. Authors should analyze the case critically, explain the factors influencing the observed outcomes, and connect their findings with relevant theories, prior research, or established practices. The discussion should identify lessons learned, practical implications, limitations, and potential recommendations that may benefit researchers, practitioners, policymakers, or other organizations facing similar challenges.
All submitted manuscripts must present original, unpublished work and must not be simultaneously under review by another journal or publication platform. Manuscripts should fall within the journal's scope, follow the applicable author guidelines, and meet appropriate standards of academic integrity, research ethics, and scholarly quality. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, as all manuscripts are subject to the journal's editorial screening and applicable peer-review procedures.
