Abstract

This purpose of study was to test and analyze the influence of job insecurity  on employee burnout. This study uses a quantitative approach, data obtained using  questionnaire technicques. Respondent in this study  amount to 180 workers in the tobacco processing industry hand rolled clove cigarettes in one of the districts in East Java. Research the analysis test use SEM PLS 4.0. The result of the analysis test in this study can be seen that the factors of job insecurity have a significant effect on employee burnout
