Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, teamwork, and compensation on employee performance in the Operations and Maintenance Division III of the Sumatera I River Basin Agency (Balai Wilayah Sungai Sumatera I). This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consisted of all 46 employees of the Operations and Maintenance Division III of the Sumatera I River Basin Agency; therefore, the entire population was used as the sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²), assisted by the SPSS program. The results indicate that partially, job satisfaction, teamwork, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, job satisfaction, teamwork, and compensation also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance.
